Been trying to find for many many hours over a few weeks. I mean I have the cosmic Wings ffs. Anyone find it lately?
A Summoner’s Journal can be found in the southern highlands. It is always to the right of the map, going down a flight of stone steps (where you’ll see a cultist attempting to raise undead Khazra). While the tile will always spawn, the cultist himself only has a chance of appearing.
