The first time was in several posts in the PTR feedback forum and in the second post of the megathread. I never said to remove the damage affix entirely from lamentation.

MicroRNA you should install Diablo III and actually play it so you learn to interpret clear data in the context of the game.
Just a friendly suggestion so your number ideas stop looking so blatantly wrong when PTR cycles are done.

My plan is to roll a ww/rend barb next season. I will link some screen shots a few weeks into season.

Picture of my current ww/rend barb that I played yesterday. (I used vanishing dye for the gear and transmogged the BK swords).
I already tested this awful barb relative to its GR potential (i.e. using only a single skill). How high do you think I got? Youll notice there are no legendary gems equipped. My rings/amulets make no sense, etc…

Try AoV crusader as well. Try contributing on a mechanical level to these discussions, instead of using bias data. Parroting other players conjecture it not contributing mechanical knowledge btw.
If you’re playing season don’t forget the buff is going to massively skew results. Would suggest you do season and non for that if you were interested in determining what a build can do on its own.

You’ll give me a hissy fit again but I think that 10k plvl 140 clear wasn’t really the part of the argument. I think developers wanted to nerf it eventually by one reason or another. That GR140 plvl10k clear is just a troll argument, you’re right on this part.
I can’t read developers’ head, yet I’m sceptical to believe they took that GR140 clear at PTR any serious. They have all the damn data about average, lowest and highest solo clears with plvl lists per class.
To me, main concern was more likely them not letting go off that wall charge gimmick and WW-Rend having none so possible they see it as a risk for zdps role in their head. I donno really. Instead they could tweak offensive passive abilities to lock WW-Rend build and use its squishy nature against it but they chose the lazy way.
I’ll just say, wait for the next Barbarian Set reveal. You’ll be fine on leaderboards but I’m getting spent on words to cheer you people up. You almost reverted that nerf and I still see it as a victory.

No they didn’t “agree” with you. The arrogance in that sentiment is unbelievable. They overreacted to some of the data just like you did. Then realized their mistake and pretty much gave the entire buff back. Would you look at that…they admitted their mistake. Something we won’t see MicroRNA do, because he doesn’t make mistakes

Yeah I checked it out already and know it’s a work in progress. Also just posted in a thread in there about a set up I just put together for the wwrend as of now but didn’t push it yet nor do I know numbers enough to tell on paper.
Was going to try it further after I rest…got the lovely cold my family decided to spread to me.

Imagine that? After years of neglect Blizz actually makes the barb feel powerful in the PTR only to nerf it a week later.
The backlash of the nerf is almost as bad as not having a phone…
