I just ran a 133 with Fjord + Pig Sticker and cleared it in 10 minutes. The Fjord Cutter I’m using is +140% damage. The rift was average.

So a 150% Fjord Cutter would put Whirlwind close to what it’s supposed to be, which is 138+ with super heavy fishing.
