7770 Achievement Points: The Darkening of Tristram

I want to get to 7770 (7 is Jesus’ number) achievement points on my EU account. In order to do that, I have to do The Darkening of Tristram and get all its achievements. I have some questions regarding the last achievement from that event.

1. Can I use level 70 weapon cubed with the Gem of Ease on my level 1 character?
2. Can I teleport back to town during my run and still get the last achievement?
3. Can I play on any difficulty?
4. How long does it take from start to finish?

I suppose you are talking about the “an eerie red Glow blurs your vision”

1. Yes
2. Yes, but you cannot disconnect or log out. Also it has to be a New character created during the event, and you have to be level1 when you enter the event, so just rush to the portal and don’t kill anything before.
3. Yes
4. 20 minutes should be enough if you just run to the next level.

The main thing is to start the event with a level 1 character and complete it in a single session. Any gear, cube powers, followers, etc. are irrelevant.

Yep, that’s pretty much the only real obstacle. The event has to be completed in a single session starting with a level 1 character. Since the progress through the Labyrinth resets on session exit anyway, there’s no reason to exit either.

Rebirthing one into a season works just as well. All it requires is to be level 1 when entering the classic portal.

Okay. Thanks for the confirmation. I never could test this myself because I had already completed the Event on all Regions and Game Modes.

Also, I don’t know if I’ll get around to changing it in that thread. I’ll see if I can remember, the next time I edit it.

Okay. I think I’ve fixed it. I only found one entry in the beginning list. I deleted #11 that said “Do not die.”

I also forgot that Mnemonic’s video, which I embedded at the end of the guide, shows how to complete the Map of the Stars  Event and get the Royal Calf Pet. So, I added a line to that effect and time-stamped linked it to the proper location.
