This is now the 4th week I completed the weekly rift challenge and did not recieve my reward in the mail. This is getting really annoying I haven’t been able to get the rewards for so long there’s literally no point in even doing them anymore. What’s the point if you do everything correct and there’s no reward ever? It has a green check mark and says I can pickup my cache but when I login to my toon there’s nothing there. Thanks blizzard.
As you’ve already been told in other threads, the CR cache does NOT come in the mail. Mail is disabled for seasonal characters.
Yeah I’m on the Switch and experiencing the same thing. Second week in a row that I didn’t get a cache.
I completed CR154 on the Switch as well. I did not receive my CR cache from the CR Reward box. It had the mark for the reward and I used the “A” button but no reward in my inventory.
