Your issue and this thread are different issues. This thread pertains to a system error/crash yesterday that was resolved fairly quickly. I want to mention this in case others see you post and confuse any problems they are having with the isolated issue from yesterday.

If you are aware of my diablo 3 game issue then why have you not fixed it already? If you can’t fix it then I want a new account with 9600 paragon please thank you

MVPs aren’t employees. I don’t know anything about your account/issue outside of what you said in yesterday’s thread.

Because you indicated that you’ve had a long standing issue, that’s how I knew it’s not related to the transient issue the system had yesterday.

Leviathan is a player, just like you are. Posts made by Blizzard employees are in blue text. Green text indicates the poster is an MVP (Most Valued Player), i.e. they have proven to be helpful over a long period of time and been recognised as such.

Insulting people that are trying to help you probably isn’t the best way to get a resolution.

If you got nothing but the run around from all of them you would be done aswell

I see based on your ticket history that there’s an account-level issue with your specific account which is causing this error. It has been escalated to the Diablo 3 team so they will be looking into it to get the account fixed up. Apologies that we’re not able to provide an ETA on when that will happen, but we’ll be in contact with you once it is fixed.

Your account issue is unrelated to the widespread problems that occurred a few days ago, as Leviathan mentioned. I understand this is a frustrating situation but please refrain from attacking MVPs or other players.

Since we don’t need to further troubleshoot the problem with you over the forums I’m going to lock this thread. Please keep an eye on your email for any updates from us.
