395000 Help Me~!

There aren’t Blizzard Technical Support staff on this forum any longer.

The Forum Support Agents who used to monitor these forums and provide assistance as needed have either been reassigned or were laid off when Microsoft took control of Activision Blizzard more than a year ago.

Nowadays, the only people who reply here are other players… and we can’t look into your account nor fix account-related issues. According to this post in another forum, there are apparently some staff who monitor the technical support forums for technical issues. Currently, you’re the third player to report error 395000 on Asia – see this post and the one just under it for the other 2 players with the same issue. There is also a recent post in Korean here - there might be others, I haven’t checked.

I tried logging on to Asia this morning and to start games – both with my solo seasonal hero and a non-seasonal hero – and had no issue. Latency was over 300 ms, but that’s normal for me – I’m located in Eastern Canada.

All this to say that this issue does not affect everyone and that perhaps you need to submit a ticket for this error if you haven’t yet; I suspect that you will be referred to the Support Article linked under, so… if you have already tried all those steps, say so in your ticket.
