395000 Help Me~!

Please help me, admin!
I can log in to the European server normally
I can log in to the American server normally
But I can’t log in to the Asian server
My accounts are all in Asia! Can you help me?

There aren’t Blizzard Technical Support staff on this forum any longer.

The Forum Support Agents who used to monitor these forums and provide assistance as needed have either been reassigned or were laid off when Microsoft took control of Activision Blizzard more than a year ago.

Nowadays, the only people who reply here are other players… and we can’t look into your account nor fix account-related issues. According to this post in another forum, there are apparently some staff who monitor the technical support forums for technical issues. Currently, you’re the third player to report error 395000 on Asia – see this post and the one just under it for the other 2 players with the same issue. There is also a recent post in Korean here - there might be others, I haven’t checked.

I tried logging on to Asia this morning and to start games – both with my solo seasonal hero and a non-seasonal hero – and had no issue. Latency was over 300 ms, but that’s normal for me – I’m located in Eastern Canada.

All this to say that this issue does not affect everyone and that perhaps you need to submit a ticket for this error if you haven’t yet; I suspect that you will be referred to the Support Article linked under, so… if you have already tried all those steps, say so in your ticket.

I decided to test this myself. I haven’t played on Europe or Asia Regions for a couple of Seasons. I have recently been sticking to my main, Americas Region. (Southeast North America here).

I log in to the Battle․net App through the Americas Region. From there I switched to the Asia Region for D3. Then, I checked the Europe Region and Americas Region.

I had no problems logging in to the Europe and Americas Regions. But, for a while, I thought I was going to have the same issue reported here when logging in to the Asia Region.

Here are my results:

Server Authentication Time to Complete
Asia = 37 seconds
Europe = 6 seconds
Americas = 4 seconds

i had the same issuses, i can’t login asia server,now i have to play us server…tech support of the bliizard is really a s**t!!!

No solution yet but, on the EU forums, Blizzard says “No specific details to share yet, but can confirm we’re aware and investigating.”

As I posted above, I haven’t had the 395000 issue that other players have experienced. But, when I tested logging in to all 3 Regions, Asia took the longest.

Testing again just now, logging in to the Asia Region (for me) has greatly improved. (Note: Each time I log in to any Region, the times may vary +/- 1 or 2 seconds).

My current results:

Asia 37 seconds 6 seconds
Europe 6 seconds 8 seconds
Americas 4 seconds 6 seconds

Here’s hoping others are no longer experiencing the 359000 issue.
