I am not getting 2x Treasure Goblin in the rest of Season 20, as advertised. I believe I am a seasoned player at level Torment 16 with over 5 years of experience.

What does 5 years of experience have to do with it?
I have gotten two so far every time I have encountered them. You won’t get them from shrines or goblin packs. Only if you encounter normally 1 here and there, you will in fact encounter 2.
Items have no buffs for this either. And one type of goblin is excluded.

Double Goblins is for seasonal play only. All your characters appear to be non-season, which is why you’re only seeing the regular old one at a time goblins.
Yeah looking at his profile he doesnt have any seasonal characters, only non-season characters right now.
No. You need to either create a new seasonal character or rebirth a non-season character to play S20 and experience the 2x goblin event.
Just because you’re a “seasoned” player doesn’t mean your characters are in season lmao.
