I’ve been getting error code “395002” ever since the stability updates. This error constantly appears on login when attempting to load my hero data.

I’ve ran the repair tool and even attempted to launch the 32bit version with no success.

I haven’t re-installed yet nor even rebooted my machine but wanted to know if others are having similar problems and what the fix was?

Update from Blizz:

If the error occurs only on PTR - it means that there might be something with the PTR servers at the moment and all we can do is just to wait until it gets fixed by developers. PTR servers are not meant to be played normally and could be unstable, this is a normal part of a testing process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This is a troubleshooting support article for 395002:

As you had already tried some of the steps, I’d suggest you to try the 4th step “Delete the Battle.net Tools folder”.

EDIT: Update - Didn’t work game hates me xD

Try uninstalling and change the folder name when you re-install. That worked for me when nothing else did.

I did try uninstalling and re-installing and rebooting again with no success, but fantastic idea on changing the folder name! I will try that too!

Update: I’m just going to open a ticket. Nothing seems to work locally, it has to be a server side thing.
