1 - if you can survive well enough go for CDR, usually with Trag Oul you go for survivability and use Bone Armor before Physical is up on CoE to maximize damage 2 - a well rolled Krysbin is better, as you stated yourself, but go with a RORG worn till you get a good Krysbin
