2 different Vengeful Winds

I have 2 Vengeful Winds that each have a different tooltip. 1 says I get 10 more stacks with 701% dmg and the other says I get 6 more stacks with no dmg buff. I believe I got 1 from the PTR vendor and the other was a drop, although I’m not sure which is which.

This was on my seasonal monk (getoverhere), I tested to see if the tooltips were correct and as far as I could tell they were. I’ll hold onto both weapons in case you need more info.

The D’jank Miem purchases were only updated for the classes with new sets (Barbarian, Witch Doctor, Wizard), so there’s a good chance the other classes have out-of-date item bundles for purchase. The item itself as acquired from other sources should still be fine; this is just an oddity with a PTR-only vendor.
