1 Extra Hero Slot?

The additions to the game have been great- extra stash tabs, closet, hirelings able to wear gear. We can’t get any more stash tabs (forgot the reason why, it was so long ago. I know it messed with something.)

Any chance we can get an additional hero slot? Would that cause any issue?

I know the max, at the moment is 17. I should be like Scotty on Star Trek and actually ask for more and when Captain Kirk cuts that in half, it’s exactly what I wanted.

I am really not looking forward to having to play chest tetris on non-season to be able to get that 1 extra character slot open, so that I can use it on the up-coming new season.

I know there may be others that could use it.

(Maybe you can swap to +1 character slot if you complete the season challenges if you already have the max amount of stash tabs already?)

So, you have all 13 Stash tabs available, the Inventory of 16 heroes, and their three followers each, but can’t make room for the 13 items you have on the 17th hero you’re going to re-birth? I think you’ve vastly over-levelled your Hoarder gem.

Part of the reason my NS stash is full is because I have like 2 tabs of pre-ROS items. Also one hero slot for my first barbarian that hasn’t been touched since ROS came out. Was one of the highest DPS barbs at the time.

Sentiment. Why wouldn’t I keep stuff from a time I felt like was nearly the most fun I had with this game? I was carrying 3 people in MP6 (or whatever was the hardest at the time) against all the ubers. Not like I play NS, so why shouldn’t I keep them?

If it wasn’t Inferno MP10 it wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. :wink:

Maybe it was MP10? It’s been a really long time. All I know is I carried on the hardest mode.

Because now you have no room for anything? Sentiment is keeping a couple neat weapons. 2 tabs is hoarding junk.

I don’t mind having the option of another character, but not for increasing stash. I generally like having both male and female characters of each class, so that’s not an issue (17 > 2 * 7) but I prefer each to use completely different builds like the male Barbarian will wear the Frenzy set and the female uses the Wastelands. I know I can use the armory to swap builds but then those items have to be somewhere (like Stash) so its easier for me to just load a different character.

Oh, and this assumes flaccid D3. If I wanted hardcore, I’d probably be getting deleted characters every other hour. Mainly because I like to rush in and see what I can survive and not.

Thanks for ignoring the fact that I said I don’t play NS. I simply mentioned I have an extra hero and items in a thread where people were talking about stash space. Not sure why you have to take my comment out of context just to tell me I’m hoarding, when I am clearly not. They are just there and I effectively never play NS. The last time I did was with Firebirds simply because it was new and the season hadn’t started yet. Before that, I can’t explain how many years it’s been.

Yep so did I.

I do keep to much, but I hate deleting, or each time I have deleted stuff- blizzard suddenly made that old set better.

LoL, that Pre-RoS gear is dead and useless.

I salvaged all my Pre-RoS gear worth $$$ at the time.

Useless now.

Hoarding is illegal in certain situations in life.

I started a whole new account to store my sentiment. And then I started using that for HC and seasonal play. So I could do with another character slot there too
