Western game - EU, US and Asia servers
Chinese game - Chinese server

Asia server isn’t the Chinese server.

This isn’t racist, it’s probably just Blizzard’s Asia team not doing its job.

Negator assuming you’re Chinese when your name is Korean however, probably is at least a little bit.

Assuming this post is because of the no banwaves for the Asia servers… Why ask for a banwave for the Asia server in the NA forums? Wouldnt requesting a banwave for the Asia server on the Asia forums make better sense? Why complain it about it here? Does Blizzard not have a team managing the Asia servers/forums?

They did complain on Asian forum but getting no response from Blizzard.

Blizzard ignoring their Asia playerbase? I didn’t went over there to check for myself but ill believe you, since they pretty much do the same thing here lol. If so then hopefully a CM in the NA forums can comes across this post and actaully do something about it. Wonder how long it would take until we see a banwave on the Asia servers.

Because they got no response on the Asian forums, perhaps? Did you notice that a lot of people that play on EU also post here? It’s for similar reasons.

US forum stopped posting player list of ban wave a long time ago, but TW forum kept posting it for awhile until 2017, the last known ban wave in Asia region.

After that, some players posted requests for ban wave but no response as usual.

I wonder if there is any CM for TW forum at all. There are only 3 subforums remains in TW forum after the forum migrated to this new platform. Only supports showed up sometime.

I don’t know Korean forum but I guess similar happens.

Wait you think I can immediately tell the difference?

And actually, I had no idea that China has a different server than first Korea. Thank you CCP I guess.

US forums never posted a list of people who were banned.

The laws in Asia are different and required the names be posted. Blizz does not like doing that though. I suspect this has something to do with how Asia Region is being handled.

Yep. D3 as we play it is not legally allowed in China. Blizzard remade the game into a China version that complied with the cultural laws there. Blizzard (or any gaming company) is also not allowed to run their own games in China. It has to be done by a Chinese company. Blizz uses NetEase, and has for years. In 2015 they released the China version of D3 with all the changes - and also a diff biz model.

The only way Chinese players can play on the US/EU/Asia regions is by sneaking around the regulations.

I honestly don’t know. Considering the Americas region had zero Community team members after Nevalistis left, you may be right. Support may be all that is left in Asia. I would not be shocked if the EU does not have a dedicated CM for D3 either.

We have a blue that posts as a Community Moderator on the EU forums, but I’m not exactly sure that’s the same thing, and it’s not like they post frequently…

You’ll be lucky to get a single bot-less session on Asia server.
