Really when did that happen. My girl friend is new to the game. I was sharing items from the minute she started playing.

That same thing happen to me and my GF. I was leveling her up and we couldn’t share stuff. We both restarted the game. We close everything out and then restarted the game. After that we were fine and that was day 1 of her playing on a new account. Plus we didn’t have to wait 72 hrs either.

It doesn’t happen often… thankfully.

Perhaps it’s related to the payment method… or the number of purchases being made at the time… or the phase of the moon… I don’t know. But it does happen once in a while. Waiting a bit normally clears it up… changing the password might help… worse comes to worst, you need to contact Blizzard with a ticket and find out what the issue is.

Yes did happen right from the start her playing but all we had to do is close the game, not wait 72 hrs. Plus that was with a few minutes playing the game with her. I have two other accounts and that didn’t with either of those accounts.

My Davey account is the main account. This BigRed is my 2nd account. I didn’t have any problems with sharing stuff when I started this one. My grand daughters account same thing never had problems with sharing stuff from the start.

I really never ever have problems with games. Take D4 how many people had many problems with that game. I tried it on 3 computers. Just to see if I would have problems. Plus one had a old 4gb video card in it R9-380. Yes the graphic setting from med to low but it played fine.
