My guess would be console…
The last time he started a game on PC (Asia) was Saturday, 14-Sept-2024. So he didn’t try the Challenge Rift with the Crusader on PC.
I also tried it on Asia this morning… and I got a Crusader, not a DH.
There’s been a few posts here and in GD about that issue… I think Blizzard needs to take a more in-depth look at that issue. It may be that only some accounts are affected… or some devices.

我已經因為2周拿不到寶箱
而放置D3了
對了
我有重新安裝過
2次
所以看似不是我的檔案問題
