I’d suggest putting Blood Siphon on left-click rather than right-click. The Blood Novas only proc when you’re attacking something so right-clicking on empty space won’t do much!
You can check for yourself by walking into anywhere in T16 and rightclick blood siphon, it channels but the requirement for the Blood Novas to proc is that you’re “Attacking” a monster. That’s also the case for the Funerary Pick damage bonus.
Not bugged! Perhaps the Russian translation of the Iron Rose ability isn’t well-translated?
