Zero support / Nonexistent customer service

Blizzard support has no email or phone numbers. It pushes all inquires to this forum, which is full of problems with ZERO solution. How does anyone reach that “24/7 customer support?”

Game crashes frequently across different computers. Intel, Ryzen, Radeon, Nvidia, desktop, laptop are all the same.

Servers are down frequently. Game full of quest bugs.

Where is the refund option?

What do you expect from their support? Probably their support is subcontracted to another company as ¨Teleperformance¨, ¨Sellbytell¨ or ¨Concentrix¨ and this kind of bullsh4t companies, the few real customer agents Blizzard has dont handle normal tickets, also they are busy harrasing their female coo-workers seems like.

From my Ex-Customer player support agent experience the procedure is assure the player that everything is his fault, dont provide any compensation, gain aggrement with a fancy CTRL+C CTRL+V reply. Dont expect more from this Sh4t company.

once upon a time they had phone support. Over they years they became afraid of confrontation and got rid of it. Probably also wanted to cut cost and lay people off doing phone support I suspect.

No, it is not. All support folks are Blizzard staff who work at the California office, Austin Texas office. They have some in SEA and EU too.

Correct. There has not been a dial in number for over 10 years. They don’t do email for tickets.

You use the Support button at the top right to put in a ticket if you wish.

I am not sure they can help with this yet though. Almost everyone is crashing once in a while, and some crashing a lot. There are likely a lot of causes for it that they are working on .

This you should talk to other players about or read guides. This is a very old game and the quests don’t work like some modern ones do.

Wowhead has a good set of walk through of all the acts and quests that can help.

Even worse, what is the requirement to work in your company? I suppose only to have sexual harassment history records right?

tree weeks of hard playing expending hours and hours and suddenly today I got kicked from the game and my Character has disappeared.

The answer from your Tech support is: we can not doing anything. MY AShS you cant, you say this to not make any exception but this is CLEARLY your fault.

It is a shame that back in the days I worked for this company now I know why everybody left, Also I will create a good post in reddit to explain how this bullsh4t company works.

Go to hell (Act IV) b4stards.

MVPs are other players, not Blizzard employees. They don’t speak for, or represent Blizzard.

I am going to strongly doubt you worked for Blizzard. You would know MVPs don’t work there and your communications skills would be up to par. You would also be aware of the limits and policies the CS team has, including not being able to restore items that they don’t have logs for. You might even understand the save structures for the various games if you worked there.

No one who has worked for this company will tell you they will, No one wants to have in his Linkedin work laboral experience in a sexual harrasment frienddly company

And BTW I just received the confirmation that EU blizzard has subfilials companies

Ive been trying to place a ticket and that smug freaking turtal jsut tells me that they i wont get my toon back. I cant play this bullsh*t if all the time i put into a toon can be wasted like that.

Thanks for your reply, which is more than I can say for Blizzard. However, I am still stuck with a game that crashes 4-7 times a day across different computers.

I spent a whole day power leveling a new character for the Hell forge that failed to produce any loot. While you tried to help, I am afraid non of what you’ve provided are solutions.

I have no reason to invest my time, which has value, into this game when I have no guarantee that my characters can even progress forward as intended.

The company needs to accept accountability for their errors and provide tangible solutions.

You, me and a LOT of other people across a huge range of computers.

What I currently know:

  • The issue is very widespread
  • The issue impacts a huge variety of hardware and software mixes. From my 2013 potato laptop to high end new systems.
  • Blizz collects all those numerical log files if you submit the - and can even look them up! They are using those to try to find what is common between cases, and work on fixes.
  • Those first fixes won’t solve everything, but hopefully help
  • Other fixes are going to be driver dependent and some may need to update drivers, or even roll back drivers!
  • Some may need the card maker to update their drivers.

Personally - I have been doing Save and Exit after anything important. I have been keeping anything valuable out of my cube (if you crash and it is in use it can go poof with the items).

About once an hour I actually shut down the game for 5 mins. Maybe hour and a half. I have no idea if that helps or if it just FEELS like it helps me.

Diablo 2 LoD was a great game, and this new censored version is a bit of a guaranteed money spinner and promotion before the Diablo 4 launch. But with all the bugs / crashes / server issues with D2R it’s going to be a hard pass on D4 from me. We had big issues with Diablo 3 and some of the WoW expansion launches, and Blizzard leaves just enough time between each release for us to forget or become nostalgic and buy their products again, where the same sh4t happens again….

Blizzard / EA / SqaureInix are dead to me
