Can’t login to D2R on pc. tried uninstalling/reinstalling/clear cookie.bin file under CLIENTSDK folder. Been trying to play for a month now, please fix YOUR issue or offer compensation for money spent and time lost.
You realize you posted in console tech support right? How does having issues on PC have anything to do with console? 
Post in the right section and someone may get back to you. I cannot help you sadly.
I also have been unable to login to D2R on pc for sometime - perhaps we need to get a refund?
