I bought this game a while ago and have been receiving this error for quite some time. (I’d say for over a year now) I’m connected to internet, I’m logged into my account, I bought the game twice (Received a refund on the 2nd game I purchase), deleted the AppData Battlenet folder and have no parental restrictions. Is there anything I can do to get back into my account on Diablo and paly this game again? I’m afraid to uninstall due to the fact this game doesn’t appear in my owned games anymore.
OH I should also mentioned I ran a scan and repair on this game as well.
That argument really does not make sense at all. Never did, never will.
The only people who are always punished by those so called “anti-piracy” measures are the actual customers who buy the product. Pirates are the ones, who will never have to deal with this kind of BS, because it will be patched out.
I’m sorry, but the sooner we stop catering to corporate BS and coming up with lame excuses for their BS, the better.

I told You already… there are other ways to play D2R multiplayer besides official servers… seek it and be done with it, if you don’t like blizz’s stance on the matter…

I don’t really think that I will change anything, but it will make me feel better when I inevitably get “another solution” to work. “Atleast I tried” kind of way.
Or maybe, just maybe, I may help to create some backing data to show during the internal Blizzard meeting and maybe something will change. But the chances are slim to none as I’m afraid that Blizzard went fully corporate way back and their name is the only thing that remains from the past. A sad remnant of the long gone era, forgotten by almost everyone but a few. Their name is “living” like a name on a tombstone, reminding us that the original teams are probably long gone - along with their passion for gaming. Probably replaced by cold HR reps, greedy corporate drones without faces and nameless lawyers without feelings. Each and every one of them soulless, empty. Interested more in their excel spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations than creating a piece of art in the form of a game - something that many people, including me, want to play again even after 20 years.
