Why? because it is still not there that’s why, not sure how many times someone has to say it but if you want console players off of the servers this is one way to make it happen, if you can not /players offline is not playable and with the constant server issues, online on console is also unplayable I have had D2R on both console and PC since day one and out of every open game I have made on console I have only ever had 1 other person join my game ever and have never found one to join and every time I invite a friend they can not connect so I would be more than happy to switch to offline but no /player and no trading = 10k hours to maybe get GG gear for all the classes I like to play.

The game is totally playable without the players command I’m in act 3 hell level 83 sork offline nintendo switch

Well yes, the game is easier to finish without the players command. The command is nice to have when faming for loot and xp later :slight_smile:

Guys even if we had this- we would not be able to either find the appropriate lobbies to game in- or communicate with players once in the lobbies….

While I agree with you, the /players 8 if for offline solo play only.

Rod Fergusson replied on twitter that it’s coming but no exact date yet.

Something, anything would be nice. Even a “no we’re not implementing it” so I can go use consumer laws to get a refund from Nintendo would be nice.

I believe it when it’s live on all consoles and no earlier.

Support the cause. Players X ASAP. Also relieves stress on the servers :wink:

With online there is crossprogression between switch and PC, how are you able to do that on offline mode?
