Same here, in reddit, there are many post about it too, nobody can play on xbox 
I’ve made six different tickets now and made it very clear that’s it’s on Xbox x series but they give PC crap to try that has nothing to do with Xbox x series this is bs three days and counting and no response from blizzard or Microsoft what can we do I’ve tried everything possible on my end iya on there end for sure or Microsoft
