What was once an occasional problem is now occurring all the time, and I’m unsure how to fix it. I run a Blizzard/Fire Sorceress, Level 89, and when I cast any of my skills, the visual graphics are not shown. My blizzard, fireball, etc, are just gone. It’s killing enemies - but the graphics are gone. Also not showing on my screen are any visuals within the game such as fire - whether on the ground, torches, waypoints being lit up, portals, etc., and whatever an enemy is casting - poison, lightening, fire, etc., those are also not seen. Strangely, when I switch to Legacy Mode, all of the graphics are working fine. Please help!

The first steps I would recommend is to power off the console, and then unplug it for 3 minutes. Plug it back in and retest. This should clear the console’s cache files.
If the issue continues, try reinstalling the game.
