[Xbox series x] Crashing

For the first couple of days the game ran fairly well. Now that I am higher level and have high faster cast rate and movement, the game seems to crash quite often. It usually happens when entering portals or waypoints. I am averaging about 20 crashes an hour now.

I have attempted uninstalling the game, deleting save data, and restarting my Xbox to clear cache.

Of note, the issue really started to ramp up last night and seemed to be proceeded by graphics starting to disappear. The frozen armor skill wouldn’t show, insight wouldn’t show the aura, and even portals wouldn’t display at all. A friend that I play with started having the same graphical bugs last night as well, so I do not think it is specific to my Xbox.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You’re lucky man…
I’m on Xbox series s and about 10 seconds after entering blood moor the game will crash regardless of what I do, changed class and nothing. Unbind the A button and nothing. Tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but still nothing. Legitimately can’t play at all so as of right now I’ve wasted $100 AUD :man_facepalming:t2:

I find I have to play in old graphics to farm or else it’s crashville.

It doesn’t crash often on my series x but when it does the whole console shuts off. My wife’s one x runs it fine no crashes though.
