Lacerator have to be able to activate Amp Dam while using Whirlwind. It would make the WW Barb a viable build.
Whirlwind does not proc cast on attack or cast on striking. Throw a few at the group of mobs you want cursed then whilwind into them after throwing procs the desired effect.
