but I think I know the answer.
A Magic (blue) Wire Fleece with + to life and 3 sockets, doesn’t worth anything I suppose.
Does it need to have 4 sockets?

It’s definately worth something, just not as much as you would like it to be. Most people who are going to pay multiple high runes want for 4 sockets, but it would still probably fetch something between Ist and Lo. Perhaps more if someone really wants or needs it.
