the game does not start all day, there is no reaction from the blizzard. It’s not a serious approach, it’s a weekend and I want to play, but I can’t do it. I’m very angry

you are not bro to me, if you need to explain that by creating an offline character, you will not be able to play it on different platforms, you will not be able to interact with other players, you will not be able to trade and you will not be able to play in a team, I am sorry for you. no matter how many posts you write your garbage opinion, the meaning will not change. an offline character is not a full-fledged character.

Honestly, what is wrong with you? “Just play offline” is simply the worst advice possible.
Why?
Cause I got my char, that I leveled over the last weeks online. Cause all my mule items are online. Cause crossplay. Cause friends. Cause not everyone likes playing alone in a locked up cellar room without light

I don’t know why someone says ‘down since 14h’. The game is not reachable since about 10days except during european night times. The servers are ridiculous and it feels like an insult to be told that the problem could be on the user’s side.
With D3 (also on switch) having a PERFECT online gameplay solution, it is simply not understandable why D2 has such a horribly crappy online solution full of bugs.

“Offline” could still be stored on a console cloud, and on the Battle.net server in situations like these when massive amounts of players cant get onto the servers to play. Its jacked that you need to create a new character to play offline. Because when you play online, you have the option to play single player OR multiplayer. Thats essentially offline/online in itself. There needs to be a shared connection of our clouds on consoles and the battle.net servers to keep us busy/grind while they figure this out. Most of us have invested time in 1-2 characters and dont want to be forced to create a new one for this game.

Any ideas why I cant connect to the battelnet on my switch i have try for hours now and is getting me. I made a account with battel and I linked it to my switch and I spent 70 dollars and still I hate to say it im so ready to just throw this across the the damn room. Please help

Why put it out there when you know or they know it doesn’t work. That like people selling broken stuff to some expecting it to work for them but not the guy before them. I didnt even want to play on line i just wanted to play by myself. Please forgive me if I seem like an a hole but understand I work in retail and if I would sell this game to someone at work I would have people coming at me side ways saying I sold them a bad game or broken and I would look bad. I would nt have no clue why

Consoles seem to have taken the worst part of this server issue.
Worst thing that happened to Blizzard was being bought by Activision.
