giant thresher is the most expensive my friend.
o i didnt know that, thought they were cheap cuz of their lower max dmg compared to the regular thresher. saw a post about the extra melee range not being usable by a merc

Eth cv is guaranteed to have 4 os using Larzuk quest, and is the cheapest eth elite polearm you can buy. Better ones such as 4os eth thesher, great poleaxe, etc cost a lot more.

ok firm, i’ll inform you since others haven’t. The reason why CV is cheaper is b/c it takes longer to get your Merc to wield it b/c of the strength requirement. If he can’t use it then it won’t be useful. Also the others are more rare. Lower the str, lower the lvl he can use it.
Same with armors. Lower the str and higher the def the more useful for your toons.

ya, so I personally use a Griswolds armor for the 20 str which is a cheap fix or an andariel’s visage (25-30STR) which is expensive because of the life leech and Ias on it.
A cheap andy helm will solve your problem, plus gives you the necessary life leech which you won’t get from Insight.
I can’t imagine he is in that position yet from what it seem. idk
A 25/8 Andy’s can be had for a Mal or even Um if he’s patient. An eth 4os Tresher is at least a Vex.
