Basically if you had the option to sacrifice a VEX rune and the game would calculate every enemy killed,bosses all caves,Chaos,cows…every area in the game in P1 Hell mode and would calculate what would drop basically based on an entire Hell clear and would put what dropped into a separate huge clear stash would you sacrifice a VEX rune each time?

In games like Metroidvania they calculate it for free when you complete the game. They should make the whole game area level 85 and tabulate the number of monsters you killed by the time you defeat Baal, and reward accordingly. A Vex every time you 100% full clear the game sounds about correct. They should be encouraging walk throughs not targeted area cheese.
Looking at just white monsters vex drop chance P1 is like 1:500k
I’m not really sure the amount of monsters in a run of the game but if each act has 5k mobs thats 25k drops. No drop chance taking that number down to 9.5k drops.
I would roll the dice because it would be a fun gamble, but I’m not sure it would work out in my favor.

Yes, definitely. There is very high chance you will get more back after full clear. I would sacrifice vex 100%.
