Or you can just keep note of what has dropped with a notepad (digital or physical), that is if you have trouble remembering.
Or is it that you want to show off to others, and you want something more “official” than a notepad?
I’ve been playing long enough that it’s easier to remember what hasn’t dropped for me yet: Tyrael’s Might, Mang Song’s Lesson and Crown of Ages. (I’ve had the items, but it was through trading. I’m only counting items I’ve dropped.)
Do you mean, a form of stash tab that can contain up to one of each unique?
A menu somewhere that lists what uniques you have found and not found?
A form of ladder listing the proportion of unique and set items the seasonal players have found?
Something else?
In all cases, 30$ seems like a heavy overprice for a single functionality.

People who care about holy grail type of achievements in d2, have been documenting their runs for 10+ years now long before d2r came out…
At this point of my life, even if they released it, i could care less, half those uniques are so worthless anyways, it would literally be pick up and vendor, nty I only pick up items I would potentially want to keep or trade… at least d3 holy grail (not sure about di and d4) allowed players to retain each unique’s special mod for potential use, so there was always some real benefit

That’s a questionable decision, especially if you struggle with any other financials and aren’t putting away more than 10k in personal retirement + a 401k. You won’t retire. But that’s all part of the “adult” topics.
You shouldn’t pay $29.99 for a feature that small. Its not that its can’t be a DLC feature, but that’s overpriced.
That’s half the price of a AAA game. For this price, I’d expect in addition 2 new classes (with the class specific items, uniques and set items that come with it), a loot filter, a valuables stash tab, and probably some extra other stuff too.

To be honest i could not care less. I dont mind if they did provide it for the people that likes doing holy grail but i will definitely not spend a single dime on it and nor should anyone else.
I can think of a few. Just pick the ones from D&D that are missing. I think its far easier/better to add more skills to each existing class.

For skills? Sure. Here’s just a few ideas…
- Arcane spells for sorc, magic missile could function similar to teeth. A fireball type spell, but magic damage could be arcane orb.
- Earthquake for barbarian. A few skills that could do fire/physical damage, for AOE, persist and perhaps stun/slow. Similar to fissure or volcano, but not directly the same.
- A companion for paladin, similar to Valk. Maybe have it use an aura.
- Lightning arrows for bowazon. Perhaps the first one can just be lightning damage, then the next releases charged bolts, and the last one procs a lightning nova.
I’m sure given time, there’d be plenty of others. There’s also mods with these types of abilities added.

I don’t think a lot of people would pay a lot for that. Only because many players are very unlikely to complete it. Having a grail online is also sort of strange because I think grails are an offline super nerd achievement however I am not opposed to them implementing one but I wouldn’t expect many to pay $30
