Worst build in Diablo 2?

What is the worst build in diablo 2? I think my worst play through was paladin built into zeal and just slowly killing everything.

I mean… What constitutes “a build”? I could randomly throw around points everywhere and call it a build I guess and then that would be it.

Summoner druid with all synergies for wolves and beast is the worst build.

yeah full summoner druid is tough. Most drood players use summons in combo with their main build.
I did run a full summoner build once. TBH, it was interesting at first, but then I realized that it did the same thing my windy did, but with no wind spells to cast.

I mean, you could make any number of moronic builds with no combat abilities and 0 vitality and technically those are builds. It’s supposed to be a sandbox to some extent.

I love lightning, so my first ever pally build (which I am kind of re-making in Resurrected) was a holy shock build. I don’t remember the end of the game with that character, which I am assuming is because he never made it lol

Punch Barb.

Although I did just watch a guy beat the game with it.

I’d rather go get a root canal.

Punch Sorc is the worst build.

Doesn’t matter what you put your points in, if you try to punch a quill rat, you’re dead.

Imagine punching Eldritch for hours on normal to get high enough level. Yeah I’ll pass lol. LLama does some pretty insane things with his challenge runs…

Assuming we are talking actual builds and not memes, I’d say fendzon is up there as one of the worst.

Punch Barb / Punch Sorce would end Fire Claw Druid in a duel, which is what gets my vote.

Out of all the builds I am aware of the worst one has got to be Fire Claw.

Leveling as smite paladin was up there for me, if you think zeal kills slowly, try smite!

Try going to level 18 with only vengeance synergies. I’ve done that before. Would not recommend.

I always go meteorb build if I am going solo through hell as a sorc. Rare to find things that are both cold and fire immune that cannot simply be avoided.
