They need a good shield runeword or give them access to paladin shields. Maybe a passive ability to bypass resists.
Critical Strike Overhaul
Critical Strike and Deadly Strike don’t stack, which is silly. My personal suggestion is to have Deadly Strike damage calculate first, and then have Critical Strike do an additional 10% damage equal to the total calculated damage of the attack. This seems worst; but the kicker would be that critical strike damage ignores physical resistances. Would help bridge the gap between physical builds and other builds.
Teleport
Allow teleport to work while shapeshifted. If it’s really that big of a deal, put a 1 second delay on it if the person is shapeshifted.
Shadow Warrior/Master
I still say these need to be overhauled. I’ll have a separate post detailing them.
Overhaul Unique Items and Sets
I love Runewords; but I see no reason why Grandfather, Arkaine’s Valor, Jade Talon, Mang Song’s, Tyrael’s Might and other ultra rare uniques shouldn’t compete with top tier Runewords.
Most uniques should be able to compete with things like Smoke, Stealth, Zephyr and Ancient’s Pledge.

And the vitality is actually getting a buff through some skills using it as a base from damage (ie: sacrifice dealing 100% life sacrificed as extra magic damage)

Removed the all resist
Replaced it with 1-4% absorb all
Buffed the ED%
Mang Song’s
Changed unique staves to also spawn staffmods, so you can get a nasty one
