Wisdom Runeword is not working on Ladder character. Need Help

Playing with Amazon (L73) Ladder character in Diablo 2 LOD patch 2.4.
Tried Wisdom runeword in 3 socket Tiara in order PUL ITH ELD.
Its showing Gemmed Tiara.
Is it D2 Resurrected only runeword?

Latest version of D2 LoD is 1.14d. There has not been a patch for the 20+ year old original since.

Wisdom is D2R only.
