Value depends on the mana steal % since that is the only variable on Windforce. They used to sell for 2 Ists (one guy paid 5!!!), but they have been in a steady decline since Blizz hates bowazons but loves javazons. The last completed sale I saw was WF 8% ML Shael-socketed version for a Gul rune.
