Why isn't my Mosaic working with Mal Gul Thul?

I just tried creating my first Mosaic using the recipe from Blizzard’s season 3 notes which is Mal Gul Thul

I just used Mal Gul Thul and now have a gemmed greater talons. . .

@blizzard what am I missing here?

I think amn replaced thul, they still might not have updated the patch notes…

Patch notes are corrected. The last rune is Amn. Error on Blizzard’s end updating notes late.
