Why doesn’t blizzard care about bots?

What if Bots are generally tolerated because they create an illussion of possibility when it comes to finding items, compared to what is actually possible with the absolutely terrible RNG numbers?

As you said, you can barely find a tals helm, but then there are games with jahs, bers, coas, etc.

The RNG is not kind, and without bots and duping, these items would likely be so far removed from access that the RNG would probably need to be changed to something that doesnt require a player to invest hundreds or thousands of hours before they find just one very good item.

The drop rates are fine. Those “jahs, bers, coas” are ENDGAME items. They were supposed to be an ultimate reward for few players really dedicated to the game, not worn by anyone at level 80 a week after ladder reset. You do not NEED them to complete the game.
If those items are common, and you already steamroll all the content, what is the point of further gameplay?
