Who's your favorite D2 streamer/content creator?

I’m curious to hear your guys favorite Diablo 2 Youtuber/Streamer if you have one.

Mine might sound boring but my favorite is MrLlamaSC, been watching his videos occasionally since I started this beautiful game last year during the quarantine lockdown when I had 3 months off work. He has so much knowledge and experience with the game it’s quite refreshing and is basically a human encyclopedia. He’s been pumping out videos daily and sometimes multiple and most of them have given me much more Insight(pun intended) that I’m doing much better in this game having viewed his videos.

Also I thought I should mention there’s a “new” D2 Youtuber I’ve been following for a month or so and his channel is called the “Old School Game Snob”, he seems to know a lot about the game and is pretty entertaining, his voice almost has an asmr vibe going on and I recommend giving his videos a try.

Llama may not be the most engaging or entertaining, but the man is Yoda when it comes to D2 knowledge. If he says it, you can bank on it.

He also just genuinely seems chill and laid back. So many people are so uptight nowadays.

No one. Streamers are a major cause of the queue times.

had a couple but they betrayed us for poe today so idk

llama’s great, i like his quick guides on icyveins. but i was expecting new blood to stick a lil better heh

I would say Mrllama and Dbrunski tied in first place by far from the rest

How are streamers responsible for adding time to the queue? If anything I think they help reduce it by having people watch them play instead of playing themselves.

So you asking how do streamers cause the queue times…you serious…?

Ok in all fairness I should have clarified that streamers sped up the issue, the issue would have happened regardless but not this early…Streamers up the process…Because a Streamer say, the players do. Streamers mentioned farming in every one of their videos that explained how they got things…So the sheer mention of farming by a streamer caused the over abundance of farming which in turn lead to because of that…The queue times being created in the first place

This is D2R not D2 and anyone trying to use the original game to argue this game is for farming is a troll. Because it’s not.

Blizzard announced farming the way people were doing it is causing server issues and they were going to create queue times to put an end to it(Which means the game isn’t supposed to be farmed. I don’t even bother replying to anyone that tries to say otherwise.

If Blizzard announcing farming was causing problems with the servers so they were going to put queue times and game time outs, and then actually making the change to do those isn’t enough proof Blizzard doesn’t want the game farmed…then that person and I, are done talking

Trix and Cooley.

Trix is entertaining and the chat is always fun.

Cooley is a great source for builds and PvP.

Llama does do some cool stuff occasionally. I think his runs where he has to spin the wheel and remove items or play at a handicap are great. Genius of him as it’s kind of like a fund drive for him. Last one I saw he easily made a few months rent on it.

Debrunski is solid

Rhykker is really best for his weekly news but he’s fun sometimes.

Gotta Add Annacakes for the accent! I love eastern europeans!

If you really think the game is not about farming…go watch any stream…

Alzorath

Knows his stuff
Shows off more than just end game
engages with the people extremely well

Side note… not a streamer, but Carbot is always great to check out.

I like his calm attitude. His streams are cool to chill out, no toxicity.

It’s not streamers. Massive traffic comes from Asia. When there’s queue on US/EU it’s like 100 but in Asia it’s 500+. When they have night time there are no queues at all.

No one.

If I wanted to watch someone play, I wouldn’t have bought the game.

90% of them have annoying voices or accents or something that is just irritating. All of them are not interesting.

That’s totally fine, I don’t sit there watching them play legitimately. I watch their videos where they explain things and provide tips that have vastly helped me delve farther into Hell than I would have without listening to what they had to say.

I don’t usually like or follow streamers, but yeah Lllama is really good. I like his build videos because they don’t just tell you the OP endgame build, he takes the time to explain how to get from point A to point B as well, not a lot of guides are that thorough.

The only D2 content creator for me is Carbot Animations.

Sorry I’m not a simp

I’m not really watching streams but MrLlamaSC has some very nice guides that are worth watching.

Literally every single thing Llama has written about bowa’s was almost garbage-can tier advice, so this is just wrong.
