I dont know if its windows 11 and running laptops with an external monitor, but most of my problems have been solved with playing games in borderless/windowed.

Huh. I run a 1060 and never have any issues, except occasional rubber banding which is clearly on Blizzard’s side.

Running the game in windowed solved my lava problem… for some reason
Make sure monitor is connected to the HDMI 2.0 port, otherwise you won’t get 4k at 60hz.
