I only have 1 lum and pul rune, so I can only upgrade one of these exceptional uniques to an elite for now. Which should I upgrade first? (also can class only uniques be upgraded, like the Lycander’s aim?)
Buriza easily outperforms all unique bows except for Windforce.

Thanks for vote of confidence! Ya, that’s what I was thinking. it’s already 90-347 at lvl 79, and since max damage is based on clvl, it’ll go well past 347 as I level. Upping to an elite should up that even more.
Though how to calculate the damage is confusing. Here’s some key facts I got from a website on the bow
Two-Hand Damage : (82-99) To (139-412)
+150-200% Enhanced Damage
+(2.5 Per Character Level) 2-247 To Maximum Damage (Based On Character Level)
A regular ballista is Two-Hand Damage: 33 - 55
So 2.74 * 33 ~= 90 which checks out the 174%ED for minimum
2.74 * 55 ~= 150 max damage, then from 150 to 347 is around 79 increments of 2.5
OK, I think I got the math now. Then onto the elite form:
Colossus Crossbow Two-Hand Damage: 32 - 91
at 79
2.74 * 91 = 249 max damage, then from 249 to 446 is around 79 increments of 2.5
at 89
2.74 * 91 = 249 max damage, then from 249 to 471 is around 89 increments of 2.5
at 99
2.74 * 91 = 249 max damage, then from 249 to 496 is around 99 increments of 2.5
Oh no, don’t tell me that the strength requirement will also go up, that would require 163 for colossus crossbow!
Hmm, correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t a Buriza that was closer to 200% ED have higher dps than a Windforce after being upgrade to an elite? I’m not sure about fire rate, they both simply say “very fast attack speed”.
Buriza is super slow compared to WF.
The WF deals nearly double the damage of Buriza due to its speed.
