The servers are down atm. They’re trying to resolve the issue. Been down for about 20mins. Your characters don’t show up. They’ll come back when the servers running again.
I hope/pray that they do show up when the servers are running again. Should they not be… well that’s what many many of us have been going through since launch. This is blizzards response to the missing chars and items.
