Would like to make CTA in a scepter with redemption or vigor skill. Where is best place to find a normal scepter?
I have only seen magic scepters from Charsi.
Cows nm? If you find white one , you can use larzuk to make 5 sockets if you have right base. Or try cube recipe.

I still haven’t found an white/5os 3 holy shield war/divine/caddy yet.
Holy shield can no longer spawn on them. They changed the rules when you get 7 fail rolls
Honestly just buy one from traderie or jsp or whereever. Finding a scepter with skills you want is really hard, they’re about as rare as a good claw.
Are you lying about this? Please link me the reference to this? If what you are saying is true then I better stop wasting my time looking for 1 then.
