We are 2 months into the current ladder and it would be a great time for a PTR for all the changes that blizzard is definitely working on.
They are working on changes right? Right??
It’ll be interesting when the next ladder is due to start and we got poe 3.30, wow forever, and gta6 all dropping around the same time.
Now would be a great time for a PTR if they are working on changes. They should ensure the community tests the changes before they go live.
20-25 uniques update with affix adding or removing, do you really think it need a PTR?
That’s what I was gonna say but wasn’t sure before I posted the same thing.
I doubt there will be a PTR for changing affixes on a few items. My guess is they will be focusing on the useless normal and exceptional unique/set items anyway before they start diving into the useless elites.

if it happens it will be from 16th to 19th and then reset on the 20th
