What's the Deal with Cobra Strike & FoF

For some reason I’m noticing when I stack Fists of Fire and Cobra Strike I Loose My Life steal benefits? What’s the Deal with this can anyone Better elaborate that understands what’s happening? What’s the Best way to Stack the Charges for the max Dps? Is their a way to still stack FOF with out Loosing Life steal I heard it recommended only put 1 point into FOF because it doesn’t covert your Physical damage to fire fully until lvl 32-33…

I believe fof converts all your damage to fire but only physical damage leeches.

Damage converted depends on Fists of Fire’s skill level. At level 34 all the damage is converted to fire.
Similarly, Dragon Tail is also incompatible with FoF.

Yes But it’s Based on the lvl of FoF I’m hearing?? So Anything Before Lvl 32/33 you still deal partial physical damage?
