Just curious what Deaths Web item level is, I didnt find a D-Web but I was clearing out a group of Marauders I think is how its spels (the big ogres with the club) and a rare unearthed wand dropped/ I always thought this was a level 85 area drop(unearthed wand) but maybe Im wrong
The Unearthed Wand has a qlvl of 86. So you’ll need to focus on level 84 and 85 areas for the best chance of dropping one. Normal white monsters in area level 84 and 85 have a very low chance to drop Death’s Web. You’ll get the best chances to drop the item from champions, unique monsters and their minions.

I forgot to even mention where the unearthed wand dropped, I was heading down to meph and was in durance level 2 which i looked up and is a level 83 area, for some reason I thought they couldnt drop in those areas or maybe its just deaths web itself wont drop there but an unearthed wand will
Every level the area level is below the qlvl of an item, it reduces the drop chance by 20%. So as low as area level 82 can drop an Unearthed Wand. But, as you can imagine, the drop chances plummet fast.

interesting, if I was more capable of clearing out durance I would, its not that I cant I just tend to become stygian dolls lunch half the time
