I’ve looked at a fair number of guides and videos but can’t seem to find a list of what armor and weapon types you should be dropping your runewords into. I just learned from another post that a phase blade is the go to for Grief, but most guides just see to say “get this runeword” not the piece to drop it into. I dont want to make an expensive runeword in the wrong piece. So any help or guidance on what some of the go to runewords should be put into would be stellar.
For Grief you already know PB 
5OS
For Exile - Eth Sacred Rodache 4OS 35+Res
For Dream - Sacred Rodache 3OS 35+Res and Demon Head or Bone Visage with 150Def 3OS
For Enigma - Archon 3OS (or any 450+ Def Elite Armor with str requirements that you use)
For Spirit - well crystal sword 4OS and same Sacred Rodache 4OS 30+Res
ok let me explain since the guy above is wrong on almost all answers.
-you want grief in PB because it has fastest IAS for base weapon, and its indestructible. you dont care about the item’s base damage since grief’s damage comes from the flat damage stat. the other option is berserker axe but has much higher ias requirements needed from items.
-exile you want vortex shield for highest defense possible for %ed and defiance aura, however i would also put in a sacred targe.
-dream helm in bone visage because of str req and style points.
-dream you want in sacred targe, sacred rondace is #2 shield. reason being is the targe has highest % to block, so less dex is required to hit 75 block vs therondache.
-endgame you want a spirit in a sacred targe. only use HOZ if you are a zealot.
-enigma you want in a mage plate with ED. reason being, enigma doesnt give ED, it gives flat armor and mage plate only requires 55 str. so with torch/anni you can have zero into str to wear enigma.
however, you could use archon plate if you plan to wear COA.
