Solo playing on Switch all the time, it sucks… Solo Baal runs, solo cow runs… bad drops, bad exp… I’m nearly done with my motivation for this game. For comparison - in the original d2 it took me like 10 years to get tired of the game. Did you hear that Blizzard? 10 years vs. 2 weeks - this is the actual value of the d2r on consoles!

Those 10 years may be the reason for those 2 weeks. Just saying. The game hasn’t changed much, even though the wrapping has. I am struggling with motivation as well, since it’s the same game I played a lot back in the day.
Well, another 10 years of break do the total reset I think… but I see your point, nice try 
Anyway I would like to trade, to make runs, to rush and to be rushed, to do all that funny stuff. The motivation could be there. So yes, on consoles the game changed a lot for those of us who played online and in community a lot

I think it helps to do a character that is just fun rather than great at making quick runs. I’m doing a martial arts assassin and taking my time, gear sucks but it is fun can gradually build him up over time.

Martial arts as in kick or dual claw? For kick, you just need next tier boots to amp up damage. Claws… well then you are item dependent. Need to farm for those puppies.
