What is up with the Bots? Any ban wave incoming?

Not gonna lie what is up with the bots there is no ban wave anymore? 99s in 48 hours…Jah/ber/unid torch day 1 in HC…Anni runs after like 2 days. Am I in the minority in wanting to enjoy the game and having this influx of gear on day one is just insane…

Blizzard doesn’t care about this game anymore. Now that D4 is out, that’s their main focus. D2:R was essentially an advertisement we paid for to help sell Diablo 4.

The joke is on us for thinking they were going to improve the botting problem versus the original game.

Could you show me one ARPG that has botting figured out? D3 and D4, you think there are a billion legitimate players out there with 99999 paragon levels? Lol

All ARPGs are heavily exploited, play the game for yourself and friends/family…botters doing their thing will never affect you…

While bots are an issue, your issues aren’t fully accurate.

There would be those with jah/ber and unid torch day 1 with or without bots.
Annis existing early has nothing to do with bots, but with dclone walkers prepping the server for a dclone walk before ladder resets, so minimal sojs are needed for the first walk.
The existence of bots and botted gear has no affect on your gameplay. Your shako is still worth a shako no matter how many ber runes a botter has.

And while we’d all love it if they were gone, worrying about them makes no sense. Blizzard isn’t going to do anything about them, and they are not stopping your from playing the game. Your character is still under geared regardless of their existence and you still have plenty of reasons to play.

Exactly, the truth no one wants to accept is “cheating” is rampant in all video games just as it is in real life. Time for people to accept and move on, only worry about what you have control over…yourself.

Yeah I used to get upset too about all those Enigmas in like day 2 of ladder but no matter if they are bots or no lifers I wouldn’t be able to compete anyway. Then I realized it’s unhealthy and decided to stop caring about some digital meaningless items instead and just have fun at my own pace.

The format of ladder and all the bots make ladder a waste of time imho
