It’s good. Highly sought after sorc weapon.
The teleport proc is annoying but yeah it’s one of the best weapons especially if you want to bump your magic find.
So what’s the rune value for one?

slightly more than um, slightly less than ist
I gave a Mal a few days ago here
Sold one for an ist other day, so it just depends on who is around and how much they want your Occy compared to if they care about the rune or not.
