I didnt play LOD that much, so I am not very well informed in the meta. What is key farming, and do I need to make a character capable of doing it?
My only hell character is a 79 Blizzard mfer at the moment.
key farming is farming keys (hate terror and destruction) which make portals to mini bosses who drop organs which in turn make portals to uber tristram which drop a torch
blizz sorc may be able to farm all the keys if you have a good merc, but clearing uber tristram will likely take a character such as a smiter
Google Über Tristram, it’s all in there. Btw blizz sorc should be able to do key farming pretty efficiently, given you having a capable merc who can handle countess and her mobs since she is cold immune.
However, a lighting sorc would be the most ideal key farming build. Since in addition to Countess, Nilah could also be cold immune sometimes and the mobs around him are all cold immune.
