This whole situation is absolutely and completely unacceptable. I mean you have TWENTY YEARS of data on this game, including user behavior, that should have been used to inform infrastructure decisions. But Blizzard was lazy, incompetent, cheaped out, took peoples’ money for a game experience that was falsely advertised as ready for release, and is now handling things as sloppy as seemingly humanly possible. @pezradar, please tell everyone at Blizzard who had anything to do with his this all went down to go eff themselves.
